This year for the Whole Heart Fitness Challenge we've decided to focus on:

Mind, Body, and Spirit!

Not only will you receive credit for each day of fitness classes you attend but we have also lined up some great speakers to share with you on relevant topics that will focus on heart health on multiple levels.

Attend 16 days of fitness classes
Attend 1 or 6 seminars

  • Each on a different day of the week following a fitness class
  • Come as you are and take advantage of these incredible presentations
