Room Requests

We're glad you're considering the Bridge for your event/meeting!

  • Please note, this is a request only
  • Once your request has been received we will notify you of your reservation status
  • A deposit is REQUIRED to secure your reservation, in addition to any facility fees
  • Hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm and Tuesday 9:00am-9:00pm

Facility Fees - effective April 1st

Deposit = $25 - required to secure reservation

For profit businesses/organizations

  • Game Room = $100/$180 (half/day full day) – payment received at least 48 hours prior
  • Single Classroom = $25/$45 (half day/full day) – payment received at least 24 hours prior
  • Double Classroom = $50/$90 (half day/full day) – payment received at least 24 hours prior
  • Gym = $500 (whole day) - payment received at least 1 week prior
  • Lobby = $75 – payment received at least 48 hours prior

Non-profit/civic/personal groups

  • Game Room = $50/$90 (half/day full day) – payment received at least 48 hours prior
  • Double Classroom = $25/$45 (half day/full day) – payment received at least 24 hours prior
  • Gym = $250 (whole day) – payment received at least 1 week prior
  • Lobby = $50 – payment received at least 48 hours prior

Other Fees

  • Events outside of normal operating hours will incur a $10 per hour fee for staff
  • Elaborate setups will incur a $25 fee
  • Audio/Visual elements and support may incur additional fees

Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund with more than 24 hours notice
  • 50% Refund with less than 24 hours notice
  • Deposits and room fees will be forfeited for No-Shows
