Pilates Core Strengthening – A one hour class based on the principles of Joseph Pilates Programming to help train not only your core but your entire body as well. The exercises flow gently together to give you a nice balance for your abdominals, obliques, back and more! These exercises are gentle on your joints but tough on your muscles!  You will learn how to target those areas of your abdominals, back and legs that are difficult to reach.  Stability ball, Pilates ball, Pilates Ring, Weights, Bands, and Gliding Disc are utilized at times during this class to add some varying elements to your own regimen.  Come learn a different way to strength train, see results quickly and change your life!!!  All fitness levels are welcome!
