“Prime Time” is a group fitness class where all ages and fitness levels can participate. Both cardiovascular and strength conditioning are emphasized by using low impact aerobics, a small ball, band and dumbells. A chair is even utilized as a means of support for those who have balance challenges or as a prop to help improve core strength. This class is all about having fun while improving your overall fitness. Come join the fun!

A group fitness class where all fitness levels and ages can participate. Cardio and strenght training are utilized in a variety of targeted exercises to improve overall fitness. A chair may be utilized for stability.
